Each item is created based on your unique requests, and because of this customization, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or there is and error on our part, we will make it right - guaranteed!

Please if anything arrives damaged, take a picture and send it along with your order info. Must be sent to us within 30-days to qualify for refund.
